I only have one thing to say about these brownies and its YUM!!! healthy and delicious! what's better than that?! These brownies are AMAZING!!!! So amazing that I got all my work pals hooked, begging me for the recipe!! So I figured it was time to share this incredible and HEALTHY recipe with all of you!! This recipe was given to me by my mom, however I did alter it so that I enjoyed it a little more, the original recipe is made in an 8x8 pan but I wanted all my servings to be the same size so I used regular sized muffin tins. This recipe made about 12 equal in size brownies. One of the things that I absolutely love about this recipe is the fact that it is SO easy, so easy that you literally can throw all the ingredients into the food processor all at once and then pour the batter into the pans, that sounds pretty good for a healthy brownie recipe for when my diet cravings are hitting the fan, amirite?! I also love this recipe because it is the right amount of sweetness for a desert to help curve my cursed sweet tooth, but thankfully without all the guilt, like after I eat a whole pint of ben and jerry’s ice cream. There is no flour, and this recipe using stevia, and if you know anything about stevia its like the best thing ever, ZERO calories and still has all the benefits of making deserts taste like they should give you diabetes haha jk, no this recipe is perfect. The original recipe didn’t include peanut butter but im obsessed with PB so of course I had to add that element to the flavor, I definitely think that PB enhances these brownies so perfectly. I used a natural and organic peanut butter so it still made these brownies healthy, the only thing that you could alter to make these even healthier than my recipe is to use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
