​​She ended up coming over Sunday morning and we watched moves and crocheted all day. I took her to lunch and we went to this super cute cupcake place called “Sprinkles” and omg they had the cutest little shop and cupcake atm that you can use after hours!!


So of course I had to take pictures because why wouldn’t I. I’m supposed to be a blogger right?? Haha so I took a few at the cute little atm and then went back to my apartment to take some pictures of the cupcakes themselves because let’s face it y’all, cupcakes that cute deserve pictures taken of them (;


We purchased a half dozen cupcakes, and we chose the flavors: 
-watermelon mojito 
-salted caramel 
-peanut butter chocolate chip
-chocolate peanut butter
-red velvet 
-carrot

The cupcakes themselves are decorated very elegant and precise, it makes them feel boujie and chic. As far as flavor, the cupcakes are very moist and rich in flavor. I could tell the recipe used a lot of flour in the batter, the cake doesn’t hold as much sugar as the icing does, which causes the cupcakes to taste very rich. But this is a good thing for me. As much as I wanted to taste of all the flavors we got in one sitting I just couldn’t, I had to save them for later.


Out of all the flavors I definitely couldn’t choose between the salted caramel and the carrot as my favorite. I definitely will have to go back for a tie breaker (; 


As for my stomach. We are nursing back to health from all the sweets from this weekend! So glad I was able to finally try this cute shop after all this time!! ​

These bacon wrapped asparagus were SO easy to make, and honestly they came out so stinking good, I have seen so many people make them and they always look so yummy but I never thought about making them. BUT I had some bacon that was going to go bad if I didn't use it soon and of course I always have an asparagus bunch in my fridge because me and Virgil are obsessed with asparagus, so we keep it in the fridge as much as possible.
